one cylinder not running.....

i replaced my fuel lines, replaced the filters in the carbs, cleaned rave valve, replaced coil and wires. now my problem is that the rear cylinder is not firing. while running if i pull that wire still runs the same, no change. if i pull the other wire the ski dies. any and all help will be appreciated

Try doing a compression test, the readings should be close to eachother.
