oil tank inlet?

On a 1997 Challenger boat, can anyone tell me how the top fitting, with the return oil line going into it comes off?
It doesn't unscrew and not sure if it is just pried up, don't want to damage anything inside.

Yes, it just pulls out of the tip of the tank. It's held in with a rubber grommet.
