Hey guys,
This has been a non-stop battle for me. I have been trying to chase down how to fix this oil in my hull that just started last week. First issue i had was the seal on the bottom of the oil tank. Once that was fixed i thought i was good. Woke up the next morning to find oil in the front of the hull again. Looked under the front hood to find oil leaking down the gas tank. Ordered a new oil tank and replaced it. Woke up this morning and came to find oil under the engine now. Looks to be the coupling on the engine that comes off of the top of the oil tank to the port side of the boat. Problem is i have a GTX RFI and it is a pain to get to! Any ideas how i could get to it or if it can even be fixed? I have removed the hose, cut about in inch off of where it connects at the engine but i still have the same problem. Any ideas please let me know. :ack:
