:ack:New engine new problems.

I do not get any power to the first fuelpump. Just replaced my 240 for this engine but it will not start.

The pump is ok i tried with another powersource and it worked fine.
I don´t know if i get power to the other pump either.

Any tips what it could be or were i should look. The relay is ticking when i turn on the ignition. I replaced it with one from my old engine but no..

Dont try to change your 240 for at 250. It does not fit. Need to cut aft open and rebuild it 10 cm longer. The engine hatch does not close either..

There are a couple of fuse holders hanging on the engine, check all of them as well as all your connections. In the fuel pump section where they talk about the lift pump, they highlight a five amp fuse that hangs just behind the low pressure pump, but they don't say what it is for.

Change the 20 am fuse but it burns almost instantly. Will not build fuelpressure. 5 years standing still may caused a bad hp fuelpump. Leave it to a shop. Thanx man,..
