No beep, no start

Hello my friends, Need a little advice today. I have a 2000 GTI, was running fine when I put it up in Winter. Got it out and it won't hit a lick. No beep, no nothing, battery is good. Talked to a guy who works on them and he said sounded like it wasn't reading the key. Said to try throwing it in some water. I did and beeped when I put the key in but still wouldn't crank. Tried again and ski wouldn't beep any more. I ordered a new switch. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. I did check the stop start switch and it is good. Who was the gentleman that checks computers? Looks like that's next. Have a great day!

How old is your battery might be time for a new one after 3-4 years I had to buy a new one

Got new battery and cleaned all connections. Still no beep and nothing happens. Would like to know what resistance readings on key should be. All fuses good and everything is dry. Where is best place to get mpem checked. Checked switch and all connections ohmed out. Best I can tell switch had proper readings with key on.

I would think any Sea-Doo dealer would have the stuff to check the computer & dose anything show on the screen when key is on the post
