Newb Questions

Just got my 04 speedster 200 dewinterized. I picked it up over the winter and haven't had it on wate yet. Never had a boat before either. The boat did not come with a manual. What switches need to be on on the dash to run the boat? I know about the knob under the rear hatch, gas, oil, key, etc.. I know it is a push on/off for engines. I just don't know anything else about the switches on the dash. I believe we are ready for the water. I got life jackets, air horn, extinguisher, flag, anchor, ropes, paddle, tube, wakeboard, etc... Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Joe

Hi, I don't know what "they" did to dewinterize it but it's something that you can do for about 1/10th of the cost to a dealer.
1. get a manual and read it 100%
2. check the pump oil. 3. GOOD battery, 4. good gas, 5. check the wear ring and impeller, 6 wash and wax it. 7. Have fun with it.

I don't know what engine you have so I just generalized some items to look over.

Owners manual you can provide get off of the seadoo website. The seadoo website lists three options for 2004 Speedster:

1) Speedster 1600, 240 ER
2) Speedster 200 Edition 1, 2004
3) Speedster 200 Edition 2, 2004
