Hi and welcome to the SeaDoo forum.

I doubt that you will be able to find new tubes, just check the usual sources, internet search, e-bay, you might luck into a used set. Also is the set you have repairable?

They only did that boat for a couple years, and its been almost 20 years now.

Your only chance is to fine a shop that builds custom tubes for Zodiac type boats. I'm sure a shop like that can make you new tubes, but it will be WAY more $$$ than the boat is worth.

Sorry

I just got my 93 Seadoo Explorer. Mine has decent tubes but the previous owner painted them. Would have rather tried to get them clean than deal with paint. To the point above that getting new tubes would be more expensive than the boat is worth..... I can't agree. If my tubes fell apart tomorrow I would get new ones made. My boat is in great shape and there don't seem to be many around like it. We will pull it behind our sailboat and it will be our water taxi. I would pay a couple thousand or maybe more to get new tubes. I have thrown away a lot more money on hotrods and classic cars that I never got back... If any one has a "Parts Boat Explorer" that you want to sell, please reach out to me.

tubes for explorer

Somebody out there has to know where they were made.

Cheers - more snow on the way in Minnesnowta

That one was in the best shape I have seen, there is one on the Atl. craigslist for 2500$ that is in very used condition.

This is probably like the fuel tanks, I looked into it and they had a plastics manufacturer in Canada at the time making the tanks, since then gone out of business, China probably got them.

There is a company named Dux Inflatables (Google it) they make they do custom work and quoted me $2500.00 for a new collar for my SeaDoo Explorer (94 also) I did not go for it, to much $$ maybe if there is enough people who want them, we can get some sort of discount! I love my Explorer! had it for 9 years already & 2 motors! It flies in the ocean and always lands softly! Also it pulls water toys with ease.

I'm in if we can get the price down into the mid-teen's for a new tube
