Hello,

My engine is blown out through the bottom of the block and I'm thinking of purchasing one of SBTs remanufactured motors for around $800. My questions are:

- Will I really need anything else on top of the motor to get my ski running? Extra costs?

- Is it a good purchase idea?

- How hard is it to swap the old out one with a new one?

Thanks in advance,

-Mike

It shouldn't be a real hard thng to do. Order your new motor from SBT, then, when it gets there, you have 10 days to remove everything from your motor and put it on the new one, then put it back in the crate and mail it back to them. It's really a great way to re-do your motor.
You'll need a gear puller to remove the PTO magneto etc...a gasket set for the carbs, exhaust etc...
You can look at the SBT website and on the page for your motor, they show you a list of other things you'll need.

This is it in a nut shell...
