99 GTX 787 RFI fuel regulator needed

I recently have went through a slew of issues with new fuel regulators. I’ve gotten a quantum pump and regulator as well as another brand I do not remember. I’ve also put a used OEM regulator on it and the pressure is still low well below 58 PSI.

I am trying to look for a manual regulator to bypass the original regulator setup but can’t seem to find one. Preferably one that is a non return regulator that can withstand 58-60 PSI.

Also I have new Bosch injectors in the unit, fresh fuel and filters. New SBT engine with the rotary valve replaced, timed correctly, and clearanced currently at .013” with the valve and cover installed.

Are you sure it is the regulator and not the pump? I can see the pump not making pressure more than I can see multiple regulators being bad.

I replaced the pump and regulator with quantum and the regulator went bad, the pump would build over 60 PSI and the regulator would only hold 50 PSI and falled to 40 PSI in several seconds.

But you could be right about the pump needing replaced again now because now it only pumps up to 44.

The Quantum pumps haven't had a great track record here.
What new reputable pumps would still be available by this point? I referenced griz from the old RFI thread but bosch pumps aren’t available anymore. I found advance has a Delphi pump available but not sure. FE0351 Is the advance part # but the rubber seal and hose is not correct.
