Hi All,
I'm in the process of replacing wear rings, carbon rings, SS rings, impellers on my speedster...
On the first pump I tackled, when I screwed the new impeller in, it gets so tight that it is difficult to turn by hand. I thought this might be something to be concerned about.
The impeller is not leaving marks on the wear ring when I turn it and I can't really see it ever touch the wear ring so I doubt it is binding on that.
Is this normal?
