New buyer want a 2005+ sportster 215

Hi guys,

I'm looking at buying a 2005+ sportster with 215 hp.

What is the "TWR" referred to here? Also does the 215 horsepower trim use the Rotax 4-tec engine? Any other advice from the people here? Best place to buy?
