Still no luck. Sits right at 3k. It runs quite a bit better though. Is the seat wrong too? What should that be at? Is there somewhere I can look this stuff up?
Maybe I should mention that the engine compartment started on fire once. I think thats why it was rebuilt. The ebox has some wires with burn marks on them and many other items in the hull.
Is there a way to test that its not carb problems? Can I like pump gas strait into the intake to rev it up just to see if it gets past 3k rpms? Im thinking its a mpem problem. I don't really want to spend $1000 on a new mpem just to find out its not bad. Can a dealer test it?
Dr Honda. On another forum others are advising me to get a new mpem. Is that most likely my problem? Or is that a bad idea to spend about $1000 on that part?
