Need help identifying wires and hot to replace

Hello all. I have a 2009 speedster 150 with 155hp engine. I started receiving a 12v low message. I found this set of burnt wires leading from what i believe to be the rectifier on the air intake tube. The yellow set is what i need to replace. How do i go about doing this.

Do u still have the connector that plugs into the rectifier

Yes atill have it all but will need to replace on of them
