Merry x-mas and happy NY to everyone celebrating this season. I am wondering if someone can help me with the below as this is my first post in the community.
I purchased a 2011 speedster 150/255hp in 2019. Invested a lot of money (and time) into it and it's in excellent condition (considering its a 14year old boat). Most of the work is done by independent mechanics but I do the spare-parts sourcing myself. I am based out in the Middle East and the spare part availability is bad at best and therefore I purchase everything from the US/Canada and ship it out.
I have never had the central cover/storage compartment with the gas shock installed and after buying all the parts (brackets & shock) I realize in the parts diagram that there's a bracket that's 'fixed' to the underside of the boat hull? without a part number (green highlight):
Now, I have been looking inside the central storage locker and can't see this bracket anywhere? Any ideas?
