yep. OK so found out that the timing was spot on. The problem is that the flywheel was touching the sensor and earthing. So after we looked everywhere at a seadoo shop here we found a DI flywheel but when comparing its identical to the one that is on the ski thus the issue. My question is, If i put it on the lathe and take out a few mm, would that be ok? or i'm i gonna unbalance everything?

if they are touching, I'd figure out why. Shaving it down isn't the answer, something else is wrong.
