Hi,
I bought a 1997 challenger 1800 few month ago. When I put it in the water it did not go over 2,500 rpms. I took it to a mechanic and rebuilt carbs. Put it in the water and worked great for like 15 minutes, then one of my engines shut completely, after that problems after problems. Finally got to run and idle great, but one engine won't past 5,500 rpms and the other one won't past 2,500 rpms. Please help!!!i. Compression test in all pistons is over 150psi.
