My 1996 Seadoo Challenger Overhaul

Sorry I never responded to you guys. My goal was to have the boat running before school started up again but I ran out of time. I'm still at the same place I left off of at the end of December. My plan is to have a shop align the motor because I don't want to buy or rent the tool. I will have the boat at my new house on Saturday and I should have it ready to go sometime in the next month.
 
Well as you guys probably saw in my other thread, I was having a no spark issue. It turned out to be a bad mpem. I installed a MSD 4255 to replace the oem mpem. Here is a picture of it installed. I used bullet connectors incase I have to remove it. I plan to go back and use heat shrink on everything but wanted to test everything first. I finally have spark and can move on to the fuel system.

For those of you who may be following my progress, I started and ran the boat for about 20 seconds. Let me know if it sounds ok. I found out the driveshaft is bent so I'm going to have to source a new one.
