How quick are those ski's? I assume faster than even a modded 2 stroke but just curious. I want to snag a fixer upper for next summer, something quick since I sold all my car's and need something to work on. I like that carbon fiber hull GTX but cant find any info on it as far as weight and all that. Plus with it being just a hull I would need a full motor and many extras to the point it would probably need a donor ski. I asked groupK *sleeper setup* but they dont have engines ready to sell, its all built to order requiring a core etc. I figured a sleeper groupK 787 in that hull would scoot pretty quick. They claim around 60mph in a standard gtx hull. So maybe 60-65 in a lighter hull with a few aftermarket goodies.

Good call. That's what I get for not paying attention to the ad. I thought it was Philadelphia. A solid 9-hours each way. I will have to keep this one in mind... I am booked basically this entire month, so if it's still around at the end of the season, I will need to check into it.
