Low Speed Low RPM

Have a 2012 GTX-S 155. Ran fine when I winterized it last fall. Put it in the water in June and would only go 25mph at 5500 rpm. Had local shop check compression & leak down. Both fine. Not showing any codes and reading correct key. Looking for troubleshooting tips outside the box.

Something you did when you winterized it? Spark plugs, oil level, coils.

I put new spark plugs in when I winterized it. When I put it in in the spring I changed the plugs again thinking that was the issue with no improvement. I also bought one new coil and swapped coils around thinking one of the coils might be bad.

Update - We replaced all the fuel injectors and the Sea Doo is running perfectly now.

Good job coming back to post your findings. All too often that doesnt happen, and it leaves the next person without an answer.

If youre interested, I had some blocked injectors a while back. I bought a cheap ultrasonic cleaner off Amazon, and let them sit in the cleaner for half an hour or so. Cleared them right up and i now have a spare set of injectors
