Low RPMs and Sluggish Acceleration

I have a 1999 Seadoo GSX RFI. When I accelerate, it bogs down and will sometimes eventually take off. It will go up to about 6800rpm and then slowly drop down to a bout 5500. Top speed I’ve reached is about 40 mph. Then sometimes it won’t rev past 3000rpms. Ive replaced the rectifier. New spark plugs. Trimmed the spark plug wires. Compression is 145psi on both cylinders. Ohmed out all of the sensors and they all came back good according to the manual. Checked fuel pressure and it was good. The wear ring is severely worn out. I am currently replacing it. Don’t think this would cause the low rpm issue though. Any ideas? Thanks!

No it didn’t help. I think it’s fuel related. Replacing the fuel pump helped but did not solve everything.
