I may have a diagram as part of my 2007 service manual. I can snap a shot of the gauges. I just went through this with my boat. Turns out it was the gauges. Fiara beede will fix that for $100 if it’s not the wiring.

Correction. If mechanical gauges not the jet ski dash. That’s another animal.

My 2007 sea doo 230 manual had the speedster wiring in the back. Looks like the same as my 230 challenger. Here are some pics. My wiring was all corroded, especially the ground block at behind the helm. A dremmel and 30pk of small wire wheel brushes i depinned all connections and cleaned them all. In the end the gauges were badIMG_1430.JPGIMG_1431.JPG

Hope this helps. It’s $100 to rebuild. One had issues after I left boat uncovered in rain while canvas was being replaced. They fixed for free. Arriving tomorrow

by the way , this may be a ignorance question...on the tachometer gray cable I get 12vdc, on the purple also 12vdc, blue is for the lights so yes when I turn on the lights I get 12vdc, so this mean that the wiring is ok? Can I maybe test the tachometer with another analog one a regular one?
