Looking at buying 1998 Seadoo Speedster 220 hp twin 800cc, what should i look for????

There is a person with a 1998 seadoo speedster for sale. It is the twin 800cc boat. What should the compression be on these engines? What other stuff should i look for, i dont know much about jet skis and boats?
