My sea-Doo GTX DI ... reaches maximum of 6690 RPM while it should reach up to 7250 RPM (last year it runs over 7000 RPM) ... I use new recommended spark plugs but old battery.... Idle RPM is 1440 while it has to be 1500
Cleaning them isn't a hard job, but make sure to take your time so that you do not lose any of the springs, o-rings, etc. Also be careful with the bellows and retaining springs.
Yes, they are. It is recommended that you inspect them every year to make sure that they are clean and in proper operating condition. It's a pretty simple job, so there's really no excuse not to check them.
I've been busy doing other stuff to it. Are there any parts that need to be replaced on them? I'm pretty sure how to remove them. I just don't want to mess them up. I will do them when I get home tomorrow.
