Anyone use one of these? They look pretty cool, no vac or electrical. Not sure if they will fit newer 3 seaters or not. They use the intake on your ski to fit over and hole on the lift to force the water out of it but they have to line up in order to do so.

I have one and honestly care too much for it. The gate in the back had a slow leak which caused it to sink over time. I ordered a new part that has a better seal and it still does the same thing. I would think a ramp that has rollers and that is sealed is a better choice but that's my opinion. Good luck.

What is the gate? It is not something you can repair easily, a leak? I can get 2 of them, used, for $500. Not sure if it is worth it.

the gate is a small "valve" in the port side of the lift that you use to sink the lift when you go to launch the PWC. It is a guillotine type device that slides between a couple of rubber "o" rings creating a seal so, theoretically, when you evacuate the water in the lift it floats. I love the principle of the leisure lift but the gate, in my mind, is the weak point. Unless these are fairly new I would not pay $500.00. Why is the guy selling? He may be having the same problem I had. Again, my opinion is get a lift that is sealed and has rollers and tilts into the water and just motor on it. Good luck.

Selling their lake house what he said. Said he is selling them cheaper because whoever buys them has to take them off the dock. Damn, sounded like a plan, lol...
