learners laynard

We just bought an 04 GTX and the ski won't start with the learners lanyard, however it will start with the regular laynard. We would really like to use the learners lanyard when our testosterone filled teenager rides by himself, at least until Mom gets comfortable with him riding.-------------any suggestions? By the way, great forum :thumbsup:

The learning lanyard has to be programed to the machine. Both have to be taken to the dealer to have this done. You will also have to provide proof of ownership to get this done.

Thanks Mork, The person who we bought it from said that it worked last year, he hasn't had it out this year. So maybe just a bad key? If so, sounds like it needs to go to the dealer anyways for reprogramming.
