Did a stupid thing this past weekend. Brought the PWC back down to the cottage this weekend and left the "good" key in the city. Luckily I had left the learner key at the cabin so I could at least drive it across the lake and take it for a ride.

I came to the very quick conclusion that the learner key suck balls. :banghead:

So can the learner key be programmed to be the same as the standard Key or do I have to purchase a second key? Would love to just leave a spare at the lake in case I make this idiotic mistake again.

Fun was not had by all, except the kids taken for rides that didn't know any better.

Been there done that once. Luckily it was the time I had 2 passengers and tube plus a cooler full of beer going to the local hangout and not to rip around the lake. Didnt bother me all that much but I can see how in your situation that would suck huge donkey ****.

As far as I know any key can be programmed, I'm getting a 2004 rekeyed and using a new learner key that I acquired
still in the package. The catch is you have to pay for them to hook it up and program it. If you know the guys at the shop
a case of beer can work wonders....
