I bought a 2007 Speedster 150 last year. After only the 2nd time on the water, I was cruising across the lake when the boat just shutdown. I could only restart it after removing and replacing the Dongle/Key. The dealer replaced the key. The first time out this season, it did it again. I can only go a few hundred yards each time before it shuts down. Any help would be appreciated.

Key/Dongle keeps shutting down the boat

Make sure the Lanyard POST is clean and dry. If the dess lanyard does it again after you clean it, it might need a post replacement is very inexpensive. Check out the "Parts" link for pricing.
