Is this head salvageable?

Head is off a 787. Part of the pto piston cracked off. Is this head salvageable or should I just get another?

Am I correct I’m assuming that sense part of the piston and top ring cracked off the engine needs a full rebuild?

The damaged nicks can and will causes preignition when they get hot….get a new head !

On a stock engine as long as you knock down any high spots that head will be fine and cause no issues.
Worse heads than that have been run here for years with no issues.
