We have a 2005 RXT. The cable moves OK but the stem (38) does not rotate smoothly.
It looks like the steering “stem arm” (33 and 37) clamps around the stem and holds the stem into the “steering support” housing (32).
The throttle cable looks long enough and the electrical connectors unplug allowing me pull the stem out of the support to grease the 2 plastic bearings.
Can you remove and reinstall the “stem arm” without having to remove the support?
