is my impeller still good

I would just file the edge smooth--remove the boogered up material. Don't try and smooth the entire hills and valleys, just the rough stuff. As long as the edges are bent you shouldn't get any vibrations or cavitation. Just inspect the wear ring, very minimal clearance around the edge of the impeller to wear ring. The larger the gap the greater chance of cavitation.

Blades look bent to me. Check them well.
