I have just had my Super chargers rebuilt @PWC Mussel and waiting for return.
To get ready -
Should I add Grease - what type?
Anything else I should do while they are out - has been winterized (Air, AntiFreeze etc) but have not taken out the Intercooler - is it recommended.
Any other things that I should deal with or look at while under the hood?

Is it recommended to put the SC's back in before getting covered or wait until spring and keep in the warm basement?

No grease on the SC as their is an oil jet there that sprays oil on and through the unit.

If you leave it out you need to cover the hole because you will be exposing everything in the pto housing to potential moisture.

I would put it back if it were me, that way you eliminate that risk.

As for the IC. If you are sure you pumped it full of antifreeze, just leave it. I removed mine because I just bought a new one and I was pretty sure my drill pump wasn't providing enough volume to fill it.

Again, I am being over cautious.

When you put the supercharger in it is important you use the same oil you use in the engine to oil the bearings before you install, use lots.
