I have a little problem. both my sponsons are messed up on my ski so i have to purchase new ones. I see the screws they go connected to but want to know how I can put them on securely. and if it is hard to do it?

securely???, meaning watertight. take old ones off, make sure that bolts have not broken loose from hull, if so,to attach new ones on. If still worried, run beed of clear silicone around new sponsons to help seal...is that what your ask'n???
i thought i may have needed some type of tools to put the sponsons on. all of the bolts are still secure on the hull, so once i get my new sponsons all i have to do is like clip them on?
