So i picked up a 97 Sea Doo XP (Limited i think?) And the impeller housing is warped. Been looking EVERYWHERE to find one but cant find one without breaking the bank. With that being said when i do stumble upon one i understand there are three sizes, 140mm 145mm and 150mm housings. Each one says it will fit my machine. What is the difference? and will they all really fit? Try to be easy haha i know its a serious rookie question:facepalm:

The 97 xp (yellow with black trim) would have a 140mm brass pump. Pm minnetonka4me or 99spxxx for a good used one.

How exactly is it warped though? Kinda hard to do.

I picked it up "blown up" for short change, come to find out the needle bearings in the impeller housing were smoked and super heated everything in the housing. The impeller would not make a full revolution without hitting the sides, being that the bearing was smoked i figured it was the shaft walking (obviously). When i had the sea doo dealer down the road press in the new needle bearings the rear bearing (motor side) pressed in extremely tight, followed by the impeller shaft not sliding into the bearing. Dealer tells me its smoked. i watched him attempt to assemble it and saw it wasnt happening.

Pm minnetonka4me. He is very honest and the used parts from him have been in perfect condition.
