Is this sea doo a good one? And about how much should be the max I pay for it? It has a chip in the front of it is that easy to fix? And would it be worth it to get a new impeller for it? If so what kind?

Sorry for all the questions I'm new the the pwc world

englewood florida ?

(state helps dictate the value)

1) don't worry about the chip, you can rattle can that if it really bothers you, if not, never underestimate the value of a well placed sticker.

2) not sure if an impeller is worth the expense, the ski will run in the low 50's and handle chop better than a rxp, if you want faster, buy a SC model.

3) price... depends on the state, here in FL, i've seen them for 4500, but i'd place my max somewhere in the 5500-6000 range but that's just a guess since I have no idea how many hours are on it and how clean the rest of the hull is, are the mat's in good shape, is the bilge clean, has the oil been changed recently, etc... i'd go a little higher if it wasn't a steel trailer (at least it looks like one from the pic) steel rusts. I've seen pairs of the same model go for about 8500-9500 on a double trailer.

Unless your impeller is damaged, I don't suggest buying a replacement. If you want more speed and performance with the 155 engine you would also need to change the ability of the engine. Such as a "tune" for example. Just an impeller will lose either top end or bottom end without an engine performance increase.
