Ok Karl, I'm going to bring this thread to a close with an update of work and the seadoo trip we took.
Final work list:
-Raves completely changed
-Every single electrical connection checked for being loose. Non found.
-All fuses checked
-Both electrical and computer boxes front and back, opened and checked for loose connections or corrosion. Non found.
-Carbs partially taken apart to check small fuel filters. Nothing found, clean as a whistle. Have hose and clamps and will change all grey lines.
-Lanyard and post washed with soap and water.
-Changed spark plugs. Noticed one had a very loose top.
Trip was excellent with no problems. Machine did not cut out once. That's over three days with approx. 6 hours running time each day.
Still have a rpm issue but I'll start a new thread for that.
