I replaced the piston, then took it out for a test try, after 10 min. it ran real slow & doggy. when I got it home to check, I found that the same piston I replaced blew again. how do I set the correct carburation(oil to gas mix)? It doesn't say in the engine manual I have. Please can anyone help?

Sounds like you are running EXTREMELY LEAN, which means you don't have enough fuel going in. When you run lean, the piston will get extremely hot because it won't have enough fuel to cool it and can burn up. Also, it will give you reduced power as well.

It isn't an oil to gas mix if the problem is running lean, but an air to fuel mix instead. Read in your manual about changing the afr, or air fuel ratio.
