I got a great idea where you "dont" need a trailer if you buy Spark & have a boat..

Well,

The problem I am facing is that I just bought a Spark, and I have a Sea Doo Speedster.. Now how am I going to take them both with me to Laughlin? I would need to buy a Combo Trailer - that seats both my speedster and my spark...

But wait a second, the Spark is so light, really light, its unbelievable how I beached it and can totally drag it onto shore... (with one hand).

Now, the problem that a lot of us that have a boat face is that I would probably need to spend a lot of money on a combo trailer... call me crazy.. but I just found an easy, affordable solution:

A Hydraulic Table Cart... fitted with like a foam of some sort to not scratch the Spark..

you can store the hydraulic table cart in the back of your truck or 4runner and tow it to shore.. and launch it..

I seen them on sale for like $249... and you can you use the cart for other purposes

LOL

What do you think??

I can't see the pics but that's not a bad idea. We set skis on tires in the back of the pickup bed when we haul them to shows, maybe a mattress from a child's crib or something like that would work as well?

I think I would mount wood bunks on the table, make it so you could unbolt it as a unit, maybe 4-6 large bolts. That way you could also use it as a shop cart.

OK< you lift the lift into the truck bed then you lift the Spark onto the lift. :)

If the ski is just sitting on this lift why can't you just use foam, tires, or a mattress to cushion the ski and not use the lift????

Do you mean to use this lift to move the ski to the waters edge???? Why do you need a "LIFT" if you are not raising it?

Yes, just to lift it and take it to shore.. I'll probably look dumb, but the spark is so light, I wouldn't care.. I actually saw another post on another forum where this guy had rails on the back of his truck..

curiously... why not something like this.. ?

They arent cheap, but they pop up locally from time to time. That cart will not be going off road...were you thinking for a cement launch? When you say beach I think sand.

Forget that crap cart. If you are buying new this is the only option.... WWW.thejetlift.com

Made in the USA will ALL PARTS sourced from the USA. They are modular, and if you buy a couple parts you can turn the beach cart into a shop stand!

Let me know if you are interested...I can prob get you a discount!

Wow.. thats exactly the direction im looking for.. you see I want to be able to just put my spark in the back of my 4runner (it fits lol), I will probably need to strap it (no problem with the front tow hook on the Spark), and be able to tow my speedster, no need to buy another trailer...

Seadoo speedster Boat owners, does anyone have any info on why our seadoo is reving a little higher than normal and seems sluggish? it has been playing up a bit, has just had a rebuild of the supercharges and full service however still seems not 100%. TIA

This is really the wrong section for your question. Please start a new thread and post your question in the 4-tec boat section. Also when you start your thread it would help if you could say the year model of your boat, I'm assuming it's a 4-tec because it has a super charger.

I dont have any pics of my setup and it isnt letting me load my video for it. Im in a truck but im sure you could make a suv work im using just a regular ramp bolted on left over wood post from my privacy fence, used carpet that I had left over from bunks ive redone in the past. Ive got a cheap harbor freight winch in the bed of my truck and it pulls jetski up the ramp no problem. Ive got a little over $100 in the ramp and winch wood, battery and carpet I already had. It makes loading and unloading easy with 1 person easy ive never tried it with a sitdown but a 750sx works great. The only downfall is when unloading trailer has to be at a little of an angle but if I take people out on the boat then I make them help carry it out of truck bed.

Check this out!!! This is what it want to do
