Just got the registration papers back for my sportster and the number they gave me is different than the number on the boat so I have to change them to match.

I kind of like the font on it now and I'd like to get the same for the new numbers but I can't figure out what this font is.
Any idea's ?

Also, Got any suggestions ?
I've been searching Ebay and there are lots of options but I'm not too sure what would look good until I see it installed :P

Accent URW looks kinda close, then outlined.

Kind of a hassle now but can you request that you re-use the old numbers with the new registration?
I know in NY there is a spot on the application asking if there are already registration numbers on the boat.

I would contact this ebay seller.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2color-Hull...207?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item518c5e778f

I have ordered probably a dozen sets of decals from this guy, good quality vinyl, fast turnaround (like 1 day) and excellent prices. I have sent him links to photobucket pictures (closeups, not from 30 feet lol) and he was able to figure out the font, or something very very close.

send him a pic of what you have if you like and he can try to match.

Alright guys I think it's time I confess.... I hate those hull numbers. IMO I think the OP should scrape them off, go pick up a set at the local Canadian Tire, slap them on there, and be done. :)

Tried to get the numbers changed but its never been registered in Canada, so I have to use what they say to. I tried though.

This is what The Canadian tire numbers look like: 20130928_183302.jpg Still have enough to do the boat but I don't like look. Its too square and some of the characters are bigger than others.
I was planning on getting a set for all 3 machines once I found a good font.

It's the way those numbers on your boat are touching or overlapped I think that I dislike. The font is pretty good but I think you're being inflexible concerning other font styles.

Oh I'm flexible, Just haven't chosen any before for a boat and thought the one on there looked alright :)
It is a one piece label on there and that's part of the reason it looks squished. I wouldn't mind the font being separated or a different font as long as it came on a transfer sheet that kept them aligned.

Yeah its the hin :p
Po thought that was the hull license number and had decals made. I guess he never did register it here. It was from NY though. I still have the original transfer papers.
The new numbers are NS334something... meaning it was never registered. If it was there would be a number starting with 24A......

Westcoast decalz looks pretty good. There's so many choices.

I have also ordered registration numbers from this seller. I bought them for XP800 Limited #1, but haven't installed them yet, still cleaning up the ski a bit before I put the new numbers on it. I wouldn't hesitate to order more for my other jet skis and boat. It was a crazy fast turn around also. I went with the "Digital Font w/ drop shadow effect".
