How to tighten throttle lever

I have two throttles, one on the left is always loose and wont' stay in position, however the one on the right stays right where I put it.

I can't figure out how to tighten the lever, is there a tightening screw somewhere or is the throttle cable just need more tension on it?

Yes there is a procedure in the service manual. But you need to pull the control handle out there are 2 phillips screws that you can tighten to add drag to the lever. You can become a premium member here it Google for a manual.

For the left throttle it is the screw in the center that the levers pivot on.
