Hello all. I am just curious for all you experienced boaters. I am about to drop off my 2008 Challeger 180 for winterization, a 10 hour service and a super charger rebuild to replace the washers etc.. Anyone have any idea how much that should all cost? Maybe some have had same work done. Thanks

Cant help with the winterization but the 10 hour service will cost around $300 and the supercharger washer replacement will be about $200-$250. See if you can get the shop to put the washer replacement in as a warranty claim(assuming your still under warranty). Simply state your seeing a loss in RPMs at wide open throttle.

Thanks craig, I am out of warranty but that didnt seem as much as I thought it would be. Any idea where I can get an aftermarket Impeller? I am going to have the tech check mine out but i think i will need a new one. I sucked up a tow rope this season and its never been the same in performace. i think i may have bent it or something.
Thanks

Seatys, I'm going to be in the same hunt for an impellar soon myself. We use our Challenger almost exclusivly for water sports so holeshot is more important to us than top end so I think Solas will be getting some of my money.
