How much does my 2001 Challenger twin weigh?

Hello...
I'm new here. I just bought a 2001 Challenger twin engine. I am trying to find out how much it weighs so i can fine a boat hoist for it. Any help would be appreciated.

What designates if the boat is an 1800 or a 2000 ?

On another note, can anyone comment on what is the required fuel is for my 2001 twin Sea Doo Challenger.
What octane and is ethanol ( 10 % ) a problem ? I live in Upstate New York and they have ethanol added to the regular unleaded. Regular non-ethanol is available.
