is there way to tell if its slipping or if ceramic disk is gone

If you take the intake hose off of the supercharger, with the engine off CAREFULLY see if you can spin the supercharger impeller by hand. Don't cut your hand on the impeller. If you can spin the supercharger impeller, the clutch is slipping and needs a rebuild. Just because it's slipping doesn't mean that the washers broke and fell into the engine.

Once the supercharger is removed you can see if the washers are there or not.

if i remove the black rubber hose from supercharger to throttle body is there way to tell if washer is gone into motor without pulling super charger only asking cause if its still in supercharger and its just slipping then il pull supercharger out myself and send it to dealer to fix since they own it. if washer is gone in motor then il take 1.5hr drive and just bring them boat to repair everything trying to save the drive

I checked supercharger it spins freely I guess I need to pull it out later

Yep. Spinning freely is a very bad sign for the washers. When you pull it there will be a gear and should be two identical washers on either side. My guess is there will only be one. Let us know and take a pic to post here.
