how does our rave on out exhaust work?

Is there a gulliten slide in there like on our motors? Does it keep water out? Or in? I hear water trickling in by mine and I have water in the hull also. Put new hull exhaust seal on last weekend

No there isn't, I just had some questions on this subject myself. That is called a water regulator valve, mine was leaking and I replaced the rubber bellows inside. I haven't had it out on the lake yet but I'm hoping that fixed my issue.

Was it leaking out of the bellows? I can hear water trickling inside of my exhaust. I think my expansion chamber has a pin hole in the bottom. I ran it wide open with the hatch up and didn't see anything leaking but when I stop j can hear it trickling in by the exhaust. What stops water from flowing up the exhaust and filling the expansion chamber? Is the top can higher than the water level to prevent it from happening?

yes you will hear water trickling in the waterbox, mine does the same...
