How do I change this fuel filter? 2002 Rx Di

Does anyone know how I am supposed replace this filter? My 02 Rx Di bogs out and dies when I press on the gas. I managed to take the fuel pump out and the bottom filter was pretty dirty. I want to change this filter to be safe.

Can I see a pic of the end on a slight angle...

I'm guessing it is the same as many A/C lines and Ford Fuel filters,, but need to see the end to confirm..
