High Speed Jet Setting??

Im rebuilding the carbs on a 2000 GTX 951 engine and what I have been told is that the high speed jets are set at "0". No turns out. Just curious if this is indeed the setting for these?? This just seems a little unusual.......

Yes, that is correct. The plastic cover allows 1/4 turn of adjust out, if needed. That is the correct setting.
Seadoo uses a standard Mikuni carb and the high speed journals are perfect at the "0" setting.
