In my engine cylinder liner scuffing occurred, there are still a crack of the cylinder. Interested question whether there is on the engine cylinder slave. I want to replace one cylinder slave, and the rest of the Pistons put the ring.

Below is a photo of a broken engine.

On the Internet, I found the sleeve with engine mercury 210. http://www.pwcengine.com/products/Mercury-6-Cyl.-210-HP-Sport-Jet-96%252d00-Replacement-Cylinder-Sleeve.html
Suitable whether the cylinder sleeve for my engine?

I'm not seeing any cracks... so you may be able to bore/hone to the next size.

If you need to replace a sleeve... you will need a machine shop to do it. The ID is undersized by about 0.010"... and the OD is 0.004" over. So, you have to heat the block to get it in... and then have the machines to deck, and bore it to size.

In the photo are not visible cracks. And so there is a crack. Sharpening block, too, will not work with this amplifier great damage. Replacement cartridges required. Is there a sale on the engine cylinder sleeve?

Your translation isn't very good... but what exactly do you need help with? If you can see cracks... then the sleeves must be replaced. And. the sleeve in the link you posted should work.

I need buy cylinder sleeve for my engine "mercury sport jet 200 optimax" .
Have you these cylinder sleeve for sale ? If you don't have it, will you know where me can buy or order these cylinder sleeve ?

ok. (maybe)

This chat board doesn't really sell the parts for the mercury engines. But the link you posted looks like the right part.

With that said... I would contact a company named LA Sleeve, and ask them for the right part. They will be able to tell you exactly what you need.

Finally I found a cylinder liner on your engine. She went from the engine cylinder liner mercury 200l outboard numbered adv sleeve 1149sa. I have not much to alter it. Thanks dr honda me for help.

??????.jpgI have found a cylinder sleeve on the adv 1149sa engine. The block of cylinders is a deaf. Whether he moves to replacement of sleeves. Who had experience of an insert of a sleeve in the block of cylinders. As sleeves well keep are inserted into the block of cylinders. Whether there is a guarantee that again this sleeve of cylinders will not break. At whom how many the engine went after repair.

Sorry... your translation to English is very bad on your last post.

To put a new sleeve in a Mercury engine... you MUST cut out the old sleeve, and then heat the engine block to expand the hole. At that point, the cold sleeve will side in.

DO NOT PRESS THE NEW SLEEVE INTO THE ENGINE !!! if you try to press the sleeve into the engine... it will warp, or crack.

Mercury Service Center. in the Russian replied. You can not drive in the sleeve on the motor mercury sport jet 200. After that repair motor goes not long, there is no guarantee. Has anyone had experience compression sleeves on this engine.
