Hello forum,

I have a 2019 RXP-X 300 that been sitting for almost a year. It was winterized prior to this. I'm replacing the turbo as it's time for a rebuild, plus I'm upgrading to a bigger impeller.

Here comes some issues I'm experiencing:

Stuck supercharger - I have pulled the charger out, but it's hitting the shaft while trying to remove it from the engine. It's the shaft bearing holder i believe. Picture attached.

Stuck pump - im also replacing the impeller with a Solas 13/18 and in the process of removing the pump, it stucked on the shaft. I have watched millions of videos and i don't understand why is not coming out. I sprayed penetrant and rust remover, slight tap on yhe impeller and even pull very hard on the back and it's not budging. Any ideas?

Bump Friday!

The part you're pointing to in the right picture is the "floating ring" You should be able to get the supercharge out without interferences from the floating ring.

Do you have the service manual for your ski?

Does this ski sit in the water? There's a lot of corrosion on the driveshaft for a 2019.

I've never had a pump that would not come off the driveshaft. Let that penetrating oil work on the joint for 24 hours and then try again.

That's my concern, all videos and threads I seen the supercharger comes right out. I was advised to remove the pump and the charger should have enough clearance to come out.

I do have the manual, been following to the letter with now help.

The ski is always been use in saltwater and it's stored close to it but not on it. Washed every after every use.

Just sprayed penetrant for yhe past few days, will try again this weekend on my days off.

Thanks for the assistance.

you need to remove the jet pump and driveshaft in order to get the clearance to remove the supercharger. It hangs up on the clamp on the pto bellows

Is this normal? I haven't seen or read people taking that shaft off to remove the supercharger. Wondering if there is another problem, maybe engine mounts?
