I put a new engine in my Challenger 180 last nov. this summer I started having a lot of error codes come up but the boat was running great. I decided to order a new computer from Torx Racing. Now the boat won't start. The mechanic says the fuel pump isn't getting a signal. We sent the computer back, but they say its fine. Mechanic says the wiring harness is fine and been tested for continuity. Any ideas? I'm at a loss and don't know what to try.

Supposedly they turned off the need for a key code. The boat turns over, but doesn't fire. Mechanic blames computer not signaling the fuel pump

Do you have your old computer still?

If so, try it. You KNOW it ran before on it. It would help isolate the issue a bit.

It was sent toTorx. They were supposed to verify the software version to make sure new computer matched. They say they did it. There are 2 software versions for my year. Anyone know the difference?
