Help buying life jackets

We are picking up our first Sea-Doo saturday. I have no idea what life jackets we should buy. What's good, what to stay away from. Please help!! I want to buy only once.

I have Stearns, Slippery, OBX, Oneill. All are very comfortable.

OBX makes good stuff. You can buy many different brands at places like Bass Pro. The kind that are foam inside nylon are the cheapest and work fine, but sometimes the foam inside them gets all turned and bent if you are using them a lot while in the water. I have ruined a few this way. Neoprene cost more, but this wont happen with them. The first kind I mentioned are usually 20 to 30 each and Neoprene run like 40 to 80.

The yellow neoprene work great and don't rub or irratate under the arms. Pricey though

We bought our neoprene ones at walmart they seem well made and are very comfortable. I think they are stearns brand. $40 each
