GTX warning beep

I have a 1998 GTX (81hrs) First time in the water this year new battery, ran fine first trip but no fuel guage.Next run after the beep beep it started then gave 1 long beep and continued to do it every minute. It is full of fuel/oil.
There is no lights come on with the 1 minute warning. It runs fine. I plugged the cable from the dash into another 98gtx, and started the other gtx the guage worked with no 1 minute warning beep?

The warning you are getting is low fuel or low battery,,,check your battery is recharging,,,,,,,you could have a blown fuse in the rear elec box,,

Engine overheating?

If your getting a contiuous beep while the ski is in operation, that's a signal for overheating. If you have this beeping and reach back and feel the water isn't really that hot, it could very well be your sensor. If the water isn't very hot, check your sensor, if it is hot, check for blockage in the line from your pump to your engine........
